All orders are prepared and dispatched from our studio in Ghent, Belgium. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
Many of our pieces are made or finished in small quantities in our studio in Ghent, Belgium. Production and processing times may therefore vary depending on the product and current availability.
Where applicable, the estimated production time is stated on the individual product page. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
These estimates apply after an order has been dispatched and do not include production or processing time. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
RETURNS
For return requests, please contact Customer Support before sending an item back. We will provide the relevant information for your order.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into the issue with the carrier and assist you further.
