Shipping Areas
We ship our handcrafted wooden trivets from Ghent, Belgium to customers worldwide.

Processing & Production Time
Each trivet is made by hand in our studio, so please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This is an estimated timeframe, and actual production may vary slightly depending on current demand. Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Times

• Belgium: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• Worldwide: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at vatelierproductions@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
