SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from our studio in Ghent, Belgium.

We currently ship selected products within Belgium, throughout Europe and to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates depend on the product, destination and size of the order.

The shipping options available for your order are shown during checkout.

For larger furniture and selected pieces, standard checkout shipping is not available. These products are marked Delivery on Request and delivery is arranged individually.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Our products are designed and made in Ghent, Belgium. Some pieces are produced or finished to order.

Estimated production or preparation times are communicated on the relevant product page or during the ordering process. Any stated timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the product and current production schedule.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

After dispatch, estimated transit times are generally:

Belgium
2–5 business days

European Union
5–10 business days

International destinations
7–21 business days

These estimates apply to transit after dispatch and do not include production or preparation time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, destination, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

For products available for standard shipping, the applicable shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, product size and the products included in the order.

DELIVERY ON REQUEST

Certain larger pieces, including selected furniture, are available with Delivery on Request rather than standard checkout shipping.

For these products, delivery is quoted individually based on the destination and the nature of the order.

After submitting a delivery request, we will contact you by email with the proposed delivery method, estimated timing and delivery cost. No delivery arrangement is final until these details have been agreed.

STUDIO COLLECTION

Where offered, selected products may be collected from our studio in Ghent, Belgium free of charge.

For products marked Delivery on Request, studio collection can be selected when submitting the request. We will contact you by email to arrange a collection date.

Where payment has not yet been completed, payment must be completed securely online before collection.

Please do not travel to the studio before a collection appointment has been confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or agreed in writing, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays outside our control.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order or requesting delivery.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive as expected, contact us as soon as possible at vatelierproductions@gmail.com and include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and product.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.

Our responsibility for delivery and your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
