Care & maintenance
Care & maintenance
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking in water or placing in a dishwasher.
- Remove spills promptly and allow all parts to dry completely before storing.
- Regular treatment with a cutting board wax made from food-grade mineral oil and beeswax is recommended to nourish and protect the wood.
